yuva

Bring your people back to themselves, across the whole day.

Sleep, movement, restoration, stillness, breath. Whatever the moment asks for. Led by one teacher, built around how your company works.

The truth we're built on

The workday asks for everything and leaves no room to return.

Emails, meetings, calls, decisions, one on top of the next, all day. People are asked to perform from the moment they log on, and given nowhere to come back to.

What everyone needs, from the executive to the person hired last week, is the same thing. A way back to themselves before the next decision. Not more information. Not another tool. A return. The same practice, used by the whole company, top to bottom, the leader making the call and the new hire finding their feet, coming back to the same place.

More than meditation

A working day has many moments. Each asks for something different.

Yuva meets the day where it is, through five ways in.

Sleep
Your people rest better, so they arrive better. The night side of the workday, looked after.
Move
Real flows that fit a workday. Not a gym. Movement for the start of the day, or the space between meetings.
Restore
Restorative practice for the depleted middle of the afternoon. The recovery people rarely give themselves.
Sit
The short, frictionless return. Two minutes at the desk, before a hard conversation or a hard decision.
Listen
Audio and breath, done with eyes still on the screen or on a walk. A return that asks you to stop nothing.

Five doorways, one practice. Stillness is only one room in it.

What we promise, and what we don't

We will not promise your team more focus, or clarity, or productivity.

Those come, but they come on their own, as byproducts of returning to the moment. What we offer is the return itself. The pause your people take, and the steadier place they act from after it. Everything else follows from that, quietly, without being sold.

The teacher

When she leads a room, the room knows it.

Bee Bosnak has taught yoga and meditation for fifteen years, leading global retreats and building a practice grounded in nervous system regulation. In March 2026, she took the stage to speak on conscious breathing at the Endometriosis Foundation of America's Patient Day in New York City, alongside physicians and researchers.

A clip from the talk. She opens with the method, leads the room through a breathwork practice, and closes with what shifted. The same work she brings to a team, in the room.

The difference

There are apps that hand a company a library and walk away. Yuva is built the other way.

Made for your team

We create practices for your company's real context, produced for your people rather than pulled off a shelf. A practice made for a team gets used, because it was built for them.

One teacher, one voice

Every practice is led by Bee Bosnak, a founding teacher your people come to know. A person, present in the work, and when it matters, present in the room.

A curated doorway

Your team also receives the full library, arranged for how they work. Not hundreds of practices to sort through. The right ones, chosen for them.

The live layer

A live practice with Bee, each quarter.

In person or remote, depending on your team and where they are. A moment the company shares together, with the teacher behind the work. The difference between a subscription and a relationship.

Built for the people who run it

Easy to bring in. Easy to stand behind.

A dashboard for leadership

See usage and engagement in one place, and report it upward with confidence.

Access by company email

Your whole team, onboarded through the domain you already use.

A rollout that lands

A launch kit and onboarding guidance, so the program is met, not missed.

Confidential by default

Individual data stays private. Anything used in a case study is anonymized and aggregated, never without your written approval.

Why companies choose this

The reasons sit alongside one another.

To care for their people in a way that shows. To give them something they will actually open and return to. To signal the kind of workplace they are, one that takes its people's inner life seriously. And because a considered investment in wellbeing is a sound one, easy to stand behind and account for.

What a company is really offering its people is an identity. A workplace that steadies itself, and returns to the work from a clearer place.
