By using The Virtual Studio, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bee Bosnak and Bee Bosnak, Inc., a New York corporation. The terms "Studio," "website," or "site" refer to studio.beebosnak.com and the Bee Bosnak Virtual Studio mobile apps. The terms "user," "you," and "your" refer to visitors, members, and account holders. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through the Studio, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Section 1. Scope

This Privacy Policy covers The Virtual Studio at studio.beebosnak.com and its companion mobile apps. It does not cover the main website at beebosnak.com, which has its own Privacy Policy, or retreats, which are governed by separate Retreat Terms and Conditions at beebosnak.com/balitc.

The Studio is operated on Uscreen, a third-party video membership platform. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.

Section 2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you create an account or start a membership, we collect your name, email address, password, and any profile details you choose to add. When you contact us, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.

Subscription and payment information. Subscription payments made on studio.beebosnak.com are processed by our platform provider and its third-party payment processor. Purchases made in our mobile apps are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Usage and viewing information. We collect information about how you use the Studio, such as the classes and practices you view, your practice calendar and progress, session activity, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This helps us operate the Studio and improve the experience.

Community information. The Studio includes a community space. If you post or interact there, the content you share and your display name may be visible to other members. Please do not post information you consider private.

Information we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect government identifiers or precise location data.

Section 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account and membership
Process your subscription, renewals, and cancellations
Deliver the classes, calendar, community, and other features of the Studio
Respond to your inquiries and provide support
Send you service messages and, where you have opted in, updates about new content and events
Understand how members use the Studio so we can improve it
Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Section 4. How Your Information Is Stored and Shared

Your account, viewing, and community data are stored by Uscreen, our platform provider, which processes this information on our behalf. Subscription payments are handled by our payment processor, and in-app purchases by the Apple App Store or Google Play. These providers act as service providers and are permitted to use your information only to provide their services.

Beyond service providers, we may disclose personal information only:

When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case the receiving party will be bound by this Privacy Policy or one offering comparable protection

Section 5. Cookies

The Studio uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting, blocking, or requiring notice before cookies are placed. Some features of the Studio may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Section 6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as necessary to provide the Studio, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Section 7. International Visitors and Data Transfers

The Studio is operated from the United States, and information collected through it is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Studio from outside the United States, including the European Union or the United Kingdom, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

If you are a California resident, California law provides you with specific rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use and share them, the right to access and delete your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights. We do not sell personal information and have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Section 10. Children

The Studio is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information through the Studio, contact us at info@beebosnak.com and we will delete it.

We and our platform provider take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission is at your own risk.

Section 12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Studio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
